Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account at ch44, the following conditions must be met:

- Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
ch44 may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents to verify your identity. ch44 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. Providing false or forged documents will result in permanent account closure.
2.2 Account Security
If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, notify the ch44 support team immediately. ch44 will not be held responsible for any unauthorized activity.
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
ch44 provides transaction facilities through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and financial services. Approved payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
3.1 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.
3.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After submitting a withdrawal request, processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
ch44 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 10–45 minutes. However, ch44 is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or payment gateways.
3.3 Source of Funds
Users must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are not connected to any illegal activity. If money laundering or any other financial crime is suspected, ch44 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.
3.4 Chargebacks & Disputes
If any user makes a fraudulent chargeback claim, their account will be suspended and legal action may be taken to recover the amount along with applicable interest.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
ch44 offers its users various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to specific conditions which must be followed.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or coordinated methods will be considered bonus abuse. In such cases the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
4.3 VIP Program
ch44's VIP program has four tiers. Tiers are progressed through regular play:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
ch44 reserves the right to change its VIP benefits policy at any time. If a VIP tier is not maintained within a specified period, the tier may be reassessed.
4.4 Bonus Expiry
Each bonus may have a specific expiry period. Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled, and any associated wagering progress will also be considered void.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the activities listed below are completely prohibited on ch44. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraudulent activity, software, or bots.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
- Accessing another person's account or identity fraud.
- Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
- Attempting to hack the ch44 system, launching DDoS attacks, or any form of cyber attack.
- Placing bets or operating games on behalf of a third party.
- Using ch44's name, logo, or content outside the platform without permission.

Account Closure & Suspension

- Violation of any clause in these terms.
- Failure to verify identity or submission of forged documents.
- Evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or system manipulation.
- Direction from a court, government authority, or law enforcement agency.
- At the user's own request (voluntary account closure).
8.1 Balance Forfeiture
ch44 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance if evidence of fraudulent activity is found or in cases of serious breach of these terms.
